The LAHS Aerie yearbook is a student-led publication that celebrates the stories, achievements, and memories of our school community. From capturing candid moments to chronicling major events, the yearbook is a reflection of the creativity and dedication of our student staff.

  • The Aerie Yearbook program is an award-winning, student-run publication at Los Altos High School that serves as a cornerstone of the Digital Communications Career Technical Education (CTE) pathway. Students in this program develop advanced skills in photography, writing, and design while collaborating to produce a distinctive yearbook each academic year.

    The program has achieved exceptional recognition, earning a first-class rating from the prestigious National Scholastic Press Association (NSPA) for four consecutive years. Beyond yearbook production, Aerie students have garnered numerous individual and team awards in photography, design, social media, podcasting, and leadership from respected organizations including the Journalism Education Association Northern California, Quill & Scroll International Honor Society for Student Journalists, and NSPA. This comprehensive program not only teaches technical skills but also fosters creativity, teamwork, and professional communication abilities essential for success in digital media careers.

  • Don't miss out on this historic yearbook! Last year we nearly sold out! The best way to ensure you get a yearbook at the best price is to order by September 4 online at the LAHS webstore, (mvla.graystep.com and select the Los Altos School store on the dropdown menu). A limited number of prior yearbooks from 2020-2026 are also available for purchase from the finance office.

     

    Yearbook Prices/Deadlines for 2026-2027

    • Yearbook early bird price – $90 until September 4, 2026
    • Yearbook regular price – $100 until Jan. 15, 2027
    • Yearbook with scholarship for free and reduced lunch eligible students – $50 
    • Yearbook – $110 beginning January 16, 2027 until sold out
    • Faculty price – $80

    • 2025-2026 – $110 (only 4 books left)
    • 2024-25 – $110 (only 2 books left!)
    • 2023-24 – $40
    • 2022-2023 – $20
    • 2021-2022 and earlier – $20

  • The senior portrait yearbook deadline is Dec. 11, 2026!

     

    Now is the time to schedule senior portraits. Book your free yearbook session at the Now and Forever Studio in Los Gatos by calling the studio: at 408-354-8660 and asking for the free yearbook session with no option to order the photos. Or book online if you’d like a full portrait session and plan to order photos. Seniors have the option of choosing a drape, tux, or black graduation gown provided by the studio for the yearbook portrait.

    The last day to take a senior portrait is Dec. 11, 2026 at the studio!

    On November 17, seniors who haven’t yet taken a portrait can take it on campus from 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. in the 500-wing athletic building by the pool. It’s free and the portrait will only be used in the yearbook and is not available for purchase.

  • This year Senior Tributes will be purchased and designed by the yearbook staff. All Senior Tributes are due by December 1 or until ad space is sold out.

    The earlier you purchase, the more you save! Prices increase every month. See prices listed here.

    Follow these steps to purchase and design your ad:

    1. Fill out the Google Form first to place your order.
    2. The form requires you to upload the images for your tribute and provide the message. You won't be able to order until you’ve selected your photos and decided on the wording. We are unable to “save a spot” so please use the order form when you’re ready.
    3. After completing the order form and upload process, go to the LAHS Webstore to make payment online. Prices increase each month. If you have trouble paying in the Webstore online, please contact Gina Brownson in the finance office at gina.brownson@mvla.net.
    4. Once you’ve ordered online (Steps 1-2) and completed payment (Steps 3-4) you will receive a confirmation email within 7-10 days. Soon afterward, our yearbook staff will get to work creating the design, and you’ll receive an email proof from lahseyearbooks@gmail.com when it’s ready.

     

    * We will close our sales before Dec. 1 if spots fill sooner. No ads will be accepted after this deadline.
