🩺 Physical Exam Requirement
A physical exam is required for participation in athletics. If your student has had a physical within the last 12 months, upload the completed form during registration.

To receive sport-specific updates and communication, be sure to join the LAHS Athletics Group and the specific sport group on ParentSquare.
📲 Coaches will use ParentSquare to share important information like workout schedules, tryouts, and parent meetings.
Note: These groups are opt-in/opt-out. -
