Tryout sessions:

Tryout and practice times start  ~ 15 mins after school ends, following the weekly bell schedule.

• Friday, 8/8 4:00 - 6:00pm
• Monday 8/11:  4:00 - 6:30pm
• Tuesday 8/12:  4:00 - 6:30pm
• Wednesday 8/13: 3:30 - 6:00pm OR  3:30 - 4:30pm: 
  • Players who are trying out for the VARSITY team:  3:30-6:00pm. This is a full FH practice.
  • All other players: 3:30-4:30pm  You will report to the field at 3:30 and then will go on a group run. You will be done by 4:30pm.
• Thursday 8/14:  4:00 - 6:30pm
• Friday 8/15: 3:30 - 5:30pm (This will be a shorter practice for tired players and coaches!)
   
• Location: LAHS Back field
• Requirements: Open to all cleared 9th–12th grade. Wear/bring athletic clothing, running shoes, full water bottle, a hockey stick, shinguards, and mouthguard. We provide loaner sticks. Shinguards/mouthguard not needed to start.
• Athletes must be registered and cleared through Home Campus.
