STEP 2 - BACK TO SCHOOL CHECKLIST
The Back to School checklist is a list of LAHS items to available to purchase or sign up for. Completing the Back to School checklist below ensures that parents don't miss out on any important forms or payments for the new school year.
- Please go step-by-step, clicking on each link in this checklist so you don't miss any information, EVEN if you choose not to donate/order.
- Payments: Online payment is preferred. Organizations use different accounting systems so multiple payments may be necessary. If paying by check, make sure to have the correct PAYEE.
- SENIORS: Don't miss the Senior specific section at the bottom.

JOIN the LAHS Athletic Boosters by purchasing a membership for you or your family. Memberships enable free entry into all home league games. You can also purchase LAHS Eagles apparel and learn how to get involved on our Athletic Boosters website. |

Performing Arts Boosters (PAB) provides financial and volunteer support to the performing arts program – theater, choir, marching band and color guard, jazz band, wind ensemble, and orchestra. Memberships include family admission to regular concerts at Eagle Theater. To join our email lists or to donate, or for more information, visit the Performing Arts Boosters website. |

A physical exam is required for participation in athletics. LAHS is offering Physicals on August 6th from 4-7pm, sign up is required. If your student has had a physical within the last 12 months, you can upload the completed form during registration. |

J. School Pictures |
School pictures will be taken on your student's BTS Prep or Orientation Day. Please pre-register your student. Ideally, you should complete this form 2 days before your student's orientation. A Camera Ticket will be emailed for the photographer to scan, from phone or printed copy, on Picture Day. SENIORS also do this step for school ID photos. View Flyer (English & Español) |

K. Free Bus Pass Paper: English & Español |
Request a free bus pass for a student to commute to LAHS. Online bus pass applications are preferred because they are processed MUCH faster and are more accurate. As with the paper forms, all applicable fields should be filled out. We cannot process incomplete data.

L. Free/Reduced Price Meals |
Apply for free/reduced price meals for your student. This application is also used for scholarship pricing for school events. Use a separate application for each student. Online meal applications are preferred because they are processed MUCH faster and are more accurate. As with the paper forms, all applicable fields should be completed.
