Los Altos High School

Please fill out the Transcript Request Form for current students.

Transcripts are free for current LAHS students.

Former students are entitled to two free transcripts. Additional transcripts cost $5/each.

1. Fill out the Alumni Transcript Request Form
      Alumni transcripts are ONLY sent via US Mail.
2. Provide a copy of your current picture ID
3. Pay the $5 processing fee (only if you've already received your two free transcripts)

Pay online via our webstore. Once in the Webstore, select LAHS School Store in the top left corner, then search for "Alumni Transcripts"

OR

Mail a check or money order payable to "Los Altos High School"

4. Email the Alumni Transcript Request Form to the Registrar elena.baquero@mvla.net
