- Location: LAHS Back Field Grass Area
- Requirements: Open to all cleared 9th–12th grade. Please bring athletic shoes and a water bottle. Athletes must be registered and cleared through Home Campus.
- Regular Season Practices Mon/Tues/Thurs 4:00-6:00 PM, Wed/Fri 3:30-5:30 PM
