Dear Parent/Guardian and Students of Class of 2030:

In the next few days, you will be receiving, by mail, a letter that confirms your course selections in AERIES. You may also log into your AERIES account to see your course selections now. Please review your course selections and the information below if you are interested in making any course change requests. All changes must be submitted between March 16 - March 27, 2026.

As you finalize your plans, please keep in mind that freshmen are required to be enrolled in a minimum of six periods. If you would like to add or change a course, please follow the instructions below.

For incoming 9th-grade students: Please verify that you have requested up to 7 classes. Note that Ethnic Studies (semester) and Health (semester) combine to fill one class/course request. 

To add a course or change a course, fill out this google form.  Please allow 2-3 school days for the change(s) to be reflected in your AERIES account, which will be visible until April 1, 2026. Here is the course selection sheet to guide your additions/changes.

Example: Below shows 7 courses have been selected, however, Ethnic Studies (semester) and Health (semester) count as 1 course. A student with this schedule has 6 course spaces taken and may choose one more if they would like 7 courses in the fall. If you have 5 courses listed, you MUST add a course.
