CURRENT LAHS Students
Please fill out the Transcript Request Form for current students and email the form to the Registrar at elena.baquero@mvla.net.
There is NO Charge for current students.

FORMER LAHS Students (Alumni)
1. Fill out the Alumni Transcript Request Form
Alumni transcripts are ONLY sent via US Mail.

2. Provide a copy of your current picture ID
3. Pay the $5 processing fee (per transcript ordered - official or unofficial
Pay online via our webstore. Once in the Webstore, select Alumni Transcripts and follow the payment instructions.
OR
Mail check or money order payable to "Los Altos High School".
4. Email all materials to the Registrar at: elena.baquero@mvla.net
