Transcripts
Current LAHS Students
Please fill out the Transcript Request Form for current students and email the form to the registrar at elena.baquero@mvla.net.
Transcripts are free for current LAHS students.
Make sure you have updated your Naviance College list.

Former LAHS Students (Alumni)
Alumni and are entitled to two free transcripts. Additional transcripts cost $5/each.
1. Fill out the Alumni Transcript Request Form
Alumni transcripts are ONLY sent via US Mail.
Alumni transcripts are ONLY sent via US Mail.
2. Provide a copy of your current picture ID
3. Pay the $5 processing fee only if you've already received your two free transcripts
Pay online via our webstore. Once in the Webstore, select LAHS School Store in the top left corner, then search for Alumni Transcripts
OR
Mail a check or money order payable to "Los Altos High School"
4. Email the Transcript Request Form to the Registrar (elena.baquero@mvla.net)
