The Finance Office service window is located at the back of the new Student Services building, across from the 200 building. It is open before school, during brunch, lunch, and after school.

Hours: The Finance Office hours open daily from 8 to 3:45. We are closed for lunch: Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays 1:00 - 2:00pm.  Wednesdays & Fridays 1:30 - 2:30pm.
 

Tips to use when logging into the Los Altos High School webstore: 

 
  • Use the students complete email address as the user ID
  • Create a password
  • You can pay a fine / bill in the students account under UNPAID ITEMS
  • You can view items purchased under PAST ORDERS
 
Replacement Student ID/ASB Cards can be purchased for $5.00.
All students are required to have a valid ID card at all times while on campus.

For clarification of billed items for textbooks: please contact the textbook room via email at christina.sabin@mvla.net
For clarification of billed items for library books: please contact the Library Staff via email at christine.bridges@mvla.net
