The Back to School checklist is a list of LAHS items to available to purchase or sign up for. Completing the Back to School checklist below ensures that parents don't miss out on any important forms or payments for the new school year.

- Please go step-by-step, clicking on each link in this checklist - so you don't miss any information, EVEN if you choose not to donate/order.
- Payments: Online payment is preferred. Organizations use different accounting systems - so multiple payments may be necessary. If paying by check, make sure to have the correct PAYEE.
- SENIORS: Don't miss the Senior specific section at the bottom.

| B. Athletic Boosters |
JOIN the LAHS Athletic Boosters by purchasing a membership for you or your family. Memberships enable free entry into all home league games.
You can also purchase LAHS Eagles apparel and learn how to get involved on our Athletic Boosters website.

View instructions on how to sign up to receive LAHS communications - Principal Newsletter, PTSA emails, and social media links for time sensitive posts.

| D. Donate to LAHS Programs |
Programs: Advance Science Investigation (ASI), Athletic Teams, Broken Box, Choir, Dance, Drama, Music, Robotics, Student Community Leaders (SCL), Visual Arts

| F. Athletic Clearance | A physical exam is required for participation in athletics. LAHS is offering Physicals on August 6th from 4-7pm, sign up is required. If your student has had a physical within the last 12 months, you can upload the completed form during registration. MORE INFO |

G. School Pictures
|
School pictures will be taken on your student's BTS Prep or Orientation Day. Please pre-register your student. Ideally, you should complete this form 2 days before your student's orientation. A Camera Ticket will be emailed for the photographer to scan, from phone or printed copy, on Picture Day. SENIORS also do this step for school ID photos.

H. Free Bus Pass

Request a free bus pass for a student to commute to LAHS.

I. Free/Reduced Price Meals
|
Apply for free/reduced price meals for your student. This application is also used for scholarship pricing for school events. Use a separate application for each student.
Online meal applications are faster, more accurate, and easier for households and administration to ensure that accurate data is being sent. As with the paper forms, all applicable fields should be filled out. We cannot process incomplete data.

| S1. Senior Portraits |
Class of 2026, you can now book an appointment to have your graduation portrait taken. We suggest getting this done over the summer if possible.

| S2. Grad Night: |
Spend one last night with your graduating classmates at Grad Night...the all night celebration immediately following graduation ceremonies on Friday, June 6th. You don't want to miss this amazing evening with friends, great food, activities and all night FUN! The event will take place from 7:45pm - 2:15am and you will be transported to and from the event.
Ticket prices are $195 and will increase to $225 on 2/1.
